Lakshman Pillai has over 19 years of experience in Knowledge Management (KM) and IT. After gaining both technical and leadership skills for twelve years and feeling the importance of KM in this knowledge era, he has founded LPCUBE - a Knowledge Management Company.

His focus and dedication in KM since 1998 has helped him develop the best comprehensive KM strategy, system and consulting methodology.
