- Helps capture knowledge in the form of white papers, articles, presentations,
books, manuals, courseware, data sheets, product information, research reports,
videos, audio, mind maps and so on.
- Meta data system supports manual definition
of content properties and automatic generation of standard metadata from the files.
- It
is stored in a separate file system to ensure that the portability of our solution
is not compromised with respect to the database server. The metadata can be stored
in any Java enabled database systems from low-end to high-end.
- Multimedia
content can be stored in separate repository based on the type to support load
balancing. For example, separate repository can be defined for Computer-Based-Training
(CBT) / Web Based Training (WBT) materials, movies, audio, training video and
so on.
- It also supports management of e-books. In the case of hard-copy
books, the metadata is stored in our system and it is linked to bookstores.

on the type. For example, movies/audio, flash, and shockwave are delivered using

streaming server can be configured easily using our user-friendly interface.
- Microsoft
office files and PDF files are delivered using their viewers/readers.
- Special
interface is available for streaming multimedia content.
