  • Quick Search helps find information based on key words and other parameters. The search history is maintained to keep track of frequently used search criteria.
  • Internet Search helps search the internet using Yahoo, Bing and Google search platform. Selected pages can be added to the knowledge base for easy access by others.

  • File Share helps organize and access documents, images, video and audio. It supports all standard file formats, basic workflow, encryption, locking, PDF & Flash conversion, expiry management, archival, links for large files, quick links for fast viewing, related files linking, web links, multiple storage options and my work area.
