Community model is a voluntary service and a natural sharing model where people give what they have with those who need it. There are exceptions. Sometimes filthy rich do not share their wealth and some extremely poor people try to share the little extra thing they have with others. Now you can very well draw an analogy with Knowledge management (KM).

Individuals must take responsibility for their own learning, developing cognitive ability, nurturing the talent, cultivating the right attitude or culture, branding and developing capability to compete in this highly competitive market place. Individual mind becomes an incredible mind when we discover our own potential and leverage others' potential in line with our common needs and objectives.
