This Rapid Implementation (RapidWTi, RapidKMi) service helps quickly deploy and manage KM. We ensure that right KM system is used to meet the unique business needs.

 
Key Deliverables:
 
Architect the Right Platform
 
  • Based on the unique business needs and priorities, we help identify the right practices, functions and modules of Lpcube.
  • Customization based on combining the right functions of TrueKM to address the specific needs.
  • Identify the integration needs if there is any requirement for information flow between Lpcube TrueKM knowledge systems and the existing systems used by our customer.
  • Help do the integration on a case-to-case basis. We can provide webservice option to allow thirdparty systems to connect to Lpcube Systems.
KM Project Initiation
 
  • Develop a roadmap and strategy for execution and acceptance of the roadmap.
  • Identify the task force and help them drive the project to success.
  • Prepare the multi-phase implementation plan including the milestones.
  • Expert Project Management (optional) for onsite management of the initiatives.
Knowledge Server Installation
 
  • Knowledge Server: Installation & configuration including sizing and capacity planning.
  • Software Technology: Installation, configuration and administration of various technologies such as application and database servers.
  • KM System: Install the Lpcube Systems, setup and configure the optional parameters.
Product Training
 
  • Product Training: Briefing, detailed walk-through, handson session and tips for effective usage of the TrueKM Solution.
  • Training Sessions: There are different training sessions available based on the user roles such as Knowledge System Admin, Power User (Knowledge Managers) and Normal User (Knowledge Seekers).

Knowledge Base Setup
 
  • Knowledge Taxonomy: Detailed study on the knowledge structure and setting up knowledge categories.
  • Knowledge Security: Defining security policies, user-profiles and organization chart and mapping owners to knowledge category.
  • Building Knowledge Base: Loading of historical data available file repositories, email and so on.
  • Knowledge Flow: Process flow identification and application setup.
Product Support
 
  • Product support will be provided as per the software license agreement - warranty and AMC
Knowledge Server Performance Monitoring
 
  • Monitor: Monitor and measure the load on the system.
  • Report: Report based on the continuous observation.
  • Improve: Recommend and fine-tune for better scalability and reliability.
