of US and international experience in Finance,
Accounting, ERP and Information Technology.
He is a proven leader with substantial experience
in guiding companies through the business
life cycle. Currently, he is the CEO and
Co-Founder of FAOnDemand an integrated BPO
& ITO Services company focused on Finance
and Accounting. His prior experience includes
15 years at Oracle Corporation, where he
held senior management positions in Business
Development, Services, Alliances, Product
Development, Product Management, World Wide
Marketing and On Demand services. Prior
to the IT career, he worked with several
international Public Accounting firms for
8 years as a Chartered Accountant. Mr.Ravichandran
holds a MS (MIS) from Texas Tech, MBA from
University of South Dakota, CPA(India) and
B.Com (India).

Shyam Cholayil has over 21 years of experience
in the Information Technology Industry.
He began his career with Indias leading
computer manufacturer HCL and then moved
over to Singapore, where he spent 15 years
working for world leaders like Deutsche
Bank, Oracle Corporation, Sun Microsystems
and Microsoft in various regional level
positions. Shyams expertise is in
Technology Presales, Marketing, Business
and Market Development across the whole
of Asia Pacific, having held positions like
Regional Systems Engineering Manager
Sunsoft (ASEAN & India), where he handled
the entire Presales function for Sunsoft
as well as its partners, Product Manager
(Marketing & Business Development) for
Microsoft Singapore, being accountable for
the business of two major product lines
(Windows Server and SQL Server) and Director,
Database & Mid-Market Technology Marketing
for Oracle Corporation Asia Pacific, where
he was responsible for market development
as well as marketing into the SME space
for the Asia Pacific region.
Shyam holds a MBA from the Nanyang Business
School, Singapore (ranked 67 by Financial
Times in their Global MBA Rankings 2007).

With over eighteen years experience in
the IT Industry, Paul is Vice President
for Global Marketing and Product Lifecycle
Management at Hyperion Solutions. He is
responsible for leading product portfolio
and lifecycle management, driving global
demand, and developing new business opportunities.
He is also a member of the Companys
Business Operations Committee.
Prior to joining Hyperion, he held a number
of senior management positions and gained
a wide range of experience including business
strategy and planning, business development,
product sales, alliances, marketing, consulting
and education during a fifteen year term
with Oracle Corporation, before becoming
SVP for Worldwide Marketing at Chordiant
Software Inc.
Paul holds a BSc (Hons) degree from Kings
College, University of London, UK and a
PhD from the London School of Economics
(University of London). He has a range of
management qualifications and has contributed
articles to a wide range of IT and business
publications. He also has considerable international
experience having lived and worked in the
UK and Europe, Australasia, the Asia Pacific
region and the USA.

Jacob completed his law from the National
Law School, Bangalore with a B.A. L.L.B (Hons.)
Degree in 1998. After having worked in Mumbai
with the leading tax and corporate boutique
in the country where he was instrumental in
setting up the first technology law practice
in India he moved to Chennai and now heads
the Chennai operations of IndoJuris Law Offices.
His areas of specialization include Technology
Law, Media & Entertainment Law, Intellectual
Property Law and Infrastructure Projects.
He has worked on the ADR listings of Satyam
Infoway and Rediff.com, the Petronet project,
the first successful domain name dispute from
India under the ICANN Uniform Dispute Resolution
Policy for Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd.
and has structured various transactions including
the computerization of Indias largest
Regional Rural Bank. He was involved in assistance
provided to the Securities and Exchange Board
of India Committee on Sweat Equity and has
advised in connection with over 15 Employee
Stock Option Plans. He also writes research
papers that have been published in India and
abroad. |

Sdn. Bhd. He has more than 15 years of International
Complex ICT Project Management experience
with successful track records of managing
Mission and Life critical systems project
implementation for FOUR International airports
- Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai Pudong (China),
Inchon (Korea) and Guangzhou (China) and
Cross Flagship Integration Architecture
Project for Government of Malaysia.
He is currently engaged as Senior Advisor
for THE MITRE Corporation; a Federal funded
R&D Centers for Government of USA for
aviation projects in Asia. He was involved
in system development work in Oracle Corporation,
Europe, USA and Asia Pacific and founder
of Design Migration Services. He is the
Vice President and Director of Programs
for PMI Malaysian Chapter (2003/2004) and
is actively involved in International Council
of System Engineering (INCOSE).
