to work and travel to many countries across the globe.
He has played multiple roles including research &
development, software application development, technology
support, consulting, presales, training, leadership
& management.
He is a voracious reader, deep thinker and a open
minded person to look at the holistic perspective.
His ability to naturally converge the power of scientific
and psychological approach, helped build high performance
teams. He has delivered thought provoking presentations
in KM & PMI conferences and has published interesting
articles on KM & WT since 1997. In many international
conferences he evangelized the concept of aligning
Project Management and Knowledge Management. Now he
evangelizes the need to democratize knowledge, collaboration,
talent management, innovation and performance management.
His thought leadership, positive thinking and the
energy to turn the vision into a reality is admired
by many.
Before founding Lpcube, he spent seven valuable years
in Oracle Asia Pacific, Singapore and was managing
the partner consulting organization. In 1998, he introduced
KM initiative in Oracle. He is the first person to
introduce and drive the KM initiative in Oracle. Before
Oracle, Lakshman started his career at Wipro Infotech
Software R&D in Bangalore. During his five wonderful
years in Wipro, he has helped get good number of customers
and save strategic customer accounts through his outstanding
technology expertise and the unique ability to solve
problems. He has worked on Unix projects in Novell
USA and Sun Microsystems Singapore.
He holds Masters degree (with distinction) in Computer
Applications (MCA) from Thiagarajar College of Engineering
(Madurai Kamaraj University), PGDCA at Nehru Memorial
College & B.Sc Physics at Jamal Mohamed College
from Bharathidasan University. He has taken many certification
programs in Singapore Institute of Management (SIM).
He is a member of TiE Chennai Chapter and an evangelist
of NASSCOM Emerge Community.
